board :: get in touch
Staying in contact is easy! There are many ways to stay in contact with the District Board. Choose one and get to it!
The email addresses of all District Board members are listed on the Meet the Board page; the addresses of members of the Kiwanis Committee are listed on their page. Email is the best way to make first contact with a Board member and will get you a fast response! Remember to include your name, position in Key Club, home club, and preferred method of reply in your emails!
Phone
A phone call or text message is a sure way to get a complete response in the shortest amount of time possible. Lieutenant Governors usually include their cell and home phone numbers in their correspondence. This is there for a reason--we want you to call! If you need the phone number of a District Board member, please contact your Lieutenant Governor or the District Secretary via email.
Snail mail
Frequently, forms, mailings, letters, and other paper documents must be mailed the slow way. If you need the address of a District Board member, contact your Lieutenant Governor or the District Secretary via email.
Instant Messaging/Facebook
Almost all of the District Board members have instant messaging and Facebook accounts. This is a great way to keep in touch and most Board members would be willing to communicate with you in this way. Ask first via email!
Visit
Your Lieutenant Governor will attempt to visit one of your club meetings at least once this year. Also, it is important for club officers to attend PCMs to stay informed!
