The Youth Opportunities Fund (YOF) provides the exciting opportunity for you to solve a problem in your school or community, with some financial assistance through the specialized grants provided just for Key Clubs and their members.
You’re only one step away from changing the world around you -- all you have to do is apply for the YOF grant at keyclub.org/yof. The grant will provide anywhere from $100-$2000 to assist your service project. In the application, make sure you explicate a detailed description of your project, secure the necessary signatures, as well as explain the project’s rationale, budget, timeline, and impact. All applications are due on October 15th at 11:59 P.M through either fax, e-mail, or mail, and no late applications will be accepted.
In 2010, the Warren Hills Regional High School Key Club used the $2000 grant they received from the Youth Opportunities Fund to build an organic vegetable and flower garden, in a town where little have backyards suitable for gardening. Today, their garden continues to expand. What do you plan to do?
